Hi guys!
I haven't been on here in a while, but I am currently growing 7 different auto flowers in one huge pot with 20 gallons of FFOF under a 300w full spectrum led. 1 is a Berry Ryder, 1 is Magnum, and the other 5 are from a Shortstuff autoflower mix of seeds(I don't know what they are individually but they are each a Shortstuff strain). They are all female. It is day 43 from seed for the Berry Ryder, Magnum and 2 other mystery Shortstuff genetics. For the 3 other Shortstuff mysteries, it is day 38 from seed.
MY QUESTION IS: since they are all in the same pot and they have grown into a canopy, should I trim off the lower parts of the plants that won't reach the top of the canopy, like you would a scrog?
I know that you're not supposed to alter autoflowers too much because of the self timer they're on but is this a good idea....... Or a bad one?? Does anyone have experience with something like this here?
