I think a lot of this talk about how strict or relaxed we have been with the rules is a moot point. Only because we have allowed it up to this point, we can't all of a sudden grow an opinion because now it suits us. If you wunna be Dictators and Nazis about it do it from here on out. Don't penalize people now all of a sudden for your failure to act a month ago. As for the one time pass be it 9 days or whatever, I don't think its the end of the world, @bryleetch i know the 9 day mark is a reference to me and I appreciate it, but as it's been said by many people on here LIFE HAPPENS! My point is speak up when you have a problem with something or live with it.

Exactly! conduct yourself as competitor how you see fit from here on out about questionable rule breaking. But leave the past in the past. It would be in bad taste penalize people for something they did a month ago. People need to get over themselves.

Last competition was super lenient with that rule, so I figured no one would mind, like its been said 4 or 5 times some of us do more than sit at a computer all day posting on forums...... some of us actually grow
SHOCKING!!

I was late by a day because i went to the gym before snapping a pic of my plant and my lights went off so rather than fuck up the light schedule (also a DQ) I waited a couple of hours. Are you all really that threatened by your competitors? isnt this supposed to be fun?

pretty sure this is a contest to see our growing skills not our punctuality LMAO

I would like to say as vocal as I have been in the last few posts I only did it with the best of intentions. I can tell I'm a little older and wiser than some on this forum and I don't sweat the small shit. If your gunna be late once or twice shit happens. I understand I'm not the majority and whatever @FrozenChozen says, goes, and I respect that. This is supposed to be fun, however big a dick you wunna be, just remember it will come back to you.

For me, it was never about being a dick. I just like rules and schedules. I have my own work scheduled for the next six months, lol.

I was not implying you or singling you out in any way. I cant even remember what you said to be honest. I was merely stating that some people need to lighten up. I appreciate your fondness of rules and schedules, maybe I need to step up my acknowledgement of them a little more and I'm open to that. So please don't take any offense to what I said. My comments were meant in general.

I will say one thing for what its worth. I would have rather seen I think it was @snowboarder396 with the 18oz cup made to replant it to a 16 oz cup and let him and his plant deal with the shock and maybe minor problems that would have arose from said transplant. I only say that because it seems he was allowed to use that cup in a subsequent grow cup. I might be out of line but I had to say it. I'm done, Goodnight everybody and good luck!

Well I hadn't been paying attention to lengths between posts because I assumed FC would be doing the policing on that. I didn't know it was such an issue for people to follow such a simple rule. But I have been vocal about my feelings on the strictness of rules sinc the beginning, I feel I've made that abundantly clear, and I've voiced concern the moment I noticed them (was late on snowboarders cups because he posts in thumbnails so I didn't really see them until the post I commented on)

No I don't think that way. I just gave everyone a scenario which consists of weekly update who cares 9 days there next update could be what 4 days later

I disagree. If more than one week passes between them it's not weekly. You can't post two days in a row and then wait 13 days then post twice in a row again, etc. even though technically that is once per week.
