6+ Weeks into; How much longer to go?

Hey guys! I almost don't feel like a newbie anymore with everything I've learned lurking here! But I finally need some expert advice:

First grow, about 6wks in flower, no clue what strain (indica? bagseed), curious if you guys can give me a ballpark figure on how long she will take to finish. I have another (not pictured) which seems about a week behind this big girl. I tried to get a good closeup for you. Oh, and these crowns look much more 'ripe' (more stigmas withered, fewer white hairs) than it looks further down the stem. Tell me what you think.

I'd say 2-3 more weeks imo

looks like 4 weeks at the least..probably 5

Keep waiting. 2-3 weeks sounds right. Some of your leaves will start dying and the hairs not only change color, but they pull back into the bud. The longer you wait the more the bud will mature.

There hardly half way through by the looks of it, is that 6 weeks since first started 12/12 or 6 weekd since you first noticed flowers?

4 weeks at the very least..i am thinking closer to 5 weeks...they have not even started to fill in and swell..grab a snickers, gonna be a while

Ive often heard about 70-75 days flowering.. the trichomes maturity really determines the type of buzz you will get tho.. cutting a little early will help give more of a head high, cutting late gives you couch effect.. I like early cut bud for a good energetic head f^*k high lol.
I agree with tje22 tho on the 2-3 more weeks.

Good idea! Theres no easy way to really tell untill there done

Seriously at 2/3 weeks most my hairs are amber and loads of swollen calyxs, last 2 weeks im just waitng for it all to swell up and get that fat growth.

These look no where near 2/3 weeks early harvest or not, i mean come on do they look like there well past half way in a grow, some skinny ass unmature buds if you cut in 2/3 weeks!lol!

Did you factor in the preflower and time it takes to flower from turning the lights to 12/12 or just think 12/12 was the start of flowering. Damn dont listen to 2/3 weeks dude as thatts not gona get you high watsoever, go look at some pics of some big fat oozing resinous buds then look at your pics and i think you too will think 2/3 weeks! NOWAY!lol.

Still update us in 2/3 weeks as will be a good way to find out. Peace

I guess I should've given more info. 5 gallon pots, OUTDOORS, pH between 6.5 and 7 (tester not reliable), under a 3mil plastic cloche (to keep the rain off; pacific Northwest here), in full (mostly morning) sun . I have already been losing lower fan leaves (very slowly yellowing out bottom to top), N deficient?. 6 weeks since I noticed tops swelling and beginning to look frosty; 8 wks since gender showed. Been feeding guano(high P)/molasses tea. We've also had mostly fantastic weather. Sunny, warm days 65-75 degrees (higher [75-85] under the cloche); 50 degree lows (prolly closer to 55 under the cloche). Hope the additional info helps.

No how about we just post some pics of some ripe rightoeus ass bud and tell us how in 2/3 weeks his buds are gona look like these pics!lol!-



And some of these buds still went another 2/3 weeks. I guess your harvesting too early then. Peace

Hey man I'm not saying that you dont know how to grow! I'm just sayin that I think thell be ready to be picked in 2-3 weeks. Now if he wants he could let them go longer and they would just get better i agree, but i think thell be just fine when i said. Btw thos are some beautiful buds, but I wouldnt call them "fat".

Oh and I was hoping to harvest somewhere inbetween 'ultra head high' and 'couchlocked'..... LoL

Hey they look beautifull!! I'm done fillin up your thread with crap. Sorry bout that, I mean i could be wrong, so just update in 3 weeks and will see how they look.
