5 Weeks In. How is she looking?!

Ok. From the feedback, this bitch is doing bad, which I figured, just didn't know to what extent.
I knew I had to transplant, but the new home wasn't ready and I thought I could wait it out.
Well given how bad she's doing, I dont have anything to lose so I transplanted her into a bigger pot and threw her into the incomplete grow space.

Here is where I was coming from: (PC box was only supposed to be used for the first couple weeks. Ended up going longer.)

Here is the root bound 5 week old when I took her out of the cup for transplant:

And here she is transplanted and in the new incomplete home:

Hopefully I'll see some improvement. She is my first baby. I'm not tryna go out like a negligent parent.

Yea, I think your biggest problem is that she had become rootbound. Give it a week or two and she should look like a completely different plant.

Cool. I have CFLs as of now. I'm going to look into MH bulbs.
I've seen some for medium (regular) base lamps at the hardware store if you're trying to stay on the cheap...but you cant just go plugging it in..I believe it still needs a capacitor and a transformer...(which is basically a 'ballast' that would come with a bigger complete setup.. ie 400W 600W 1000W)
I did that for a while.... nothing beats a 600W interchangeable MH/HPS setup... so lovely...

Listen to mr2shim -- that poor plant has been constricted by the cup you had her in. Now she's in a bigger pot. Transplanting can be a shock, so don't be surprised if she needs a few days to recover. But then, with the bigger pot, she'll have room to grow. Once her roots can go deeper, she'll get taller. In a few weeks she'll have gained a lot of ground.

Because of the stunting, I'd "age" her at 3 weeks and add a couple to your planned veg cycle to give her a chance to give you a decent yield.

Im a first time grower aswell and apart some issues i had on my plants with the soil not having the correct PH they are doing fine now, yours though are lot more burned out(turning yellow or lefs drooping).Mine is in 5th week veg, thinking of moving her to 12/12 end this week.Aswell might be the light, kinda same looking like issues u have aswell(droopy leafs, turning yellow on edges).I started with 1 cfl, now went for 2,im on 3840 lumens(might be tad lower as im using one static and one mobile cfl's).

Here is a pic on how mine looks like on 5 weeks(If u see the most bottom leaf near the soil, ull see that it looks like yours almost)
You should have 4-6 bulbs on that plant. She is stretching due to lack of light.

You definetly have enough bulbs now. Get a fan blowing over the bulbs to keep excess heat away from plant. That will allow you to move lights closer. Keep lights within 2 inches of plant for best results.

Wow, that was the most helpful answer Iv ever read... Caligreenszzz you really set the bar. As for the Question at hand; it does look like you are over watering as well as some nute burn. If you are using a soil that already had nutes in it bring them back to life by flushing with water, I did the same thing once and a good flush fixed them right up. Dont feed them anything untill they clear up and you start seeing clean green new growth, then start adding your nutes at half recomended dose... increase as they stay looking sharp. never exceed the dose for your Nutrients; it wont help.... Hope this helps! ANd Caligreenzzz.... your kinda a dick. :dunce:
