I would transplant them when they have plenty of roots showing to solo cups. NOT 1 gallon containers.

When you transplant to too big of a container the soil stays wet for two long which can lead to root rot and other problems. Plus they are soooooo fucking fragile right now.

I'm sure it can be done, and is done, but solo cups have always done me proud..especially when cloning and what not. You take like 2-3x the number of clones you need. Root them, transfer to cups, then 2 weeks later, take the best of the bunch and your off an running.

If I were you, I would take the 5 minutes to give them so beneficial bacteria. Just get a small packet from the store. Either before or after you transplant. Get a colony of fungus working to feed and protect your plants!! It will cost like $6.
shit they barely had roots showing and i just transplanted to half gallons before reading your post...one pot has a lot more water than the other. i was trying to pre-water the pots until i saw runoff and one pot just wouldn't show any runoff..either way i think they will be fine. next time i'll do solo cups unless you advise i take them out now and put them in cups. here's a couple pics of them.

also, what do you mean by beneficial bacteria? anything specific? i got a little cash today so i can go buy some shit.

there's something, I had a better one where the guy was a hvac specialist and tinned it out, butt... you get the idea. window units are by far the most efficient and cheapest a/c, the only thing to keep in mind is the smell. window units are not hermetically sealed so some extra vinyl(vinyl tape is used in abatement to keep asbestos from permeating the tape) tape or silicone is required. all in all can be done for 80 if your crafty. else just get a mini split. and i was actually planning to only vent the warm exhaust side and letting my ac sit in the wall normally with the thermostat reading the room temp.

Cant wait to see your blue dream bud.
that's actually really fucking cool dude. i was thinking of getting this: http://www.thermospace.com/portable_ac/12000/tn-12e.php for christmas, but i just might go the window a/c route.

Look up tarantula bacteria, comes in a black container, helps amazing with transplant and also a drop per gal of water of Superthrive when your plants are bigger and stressed.

I so agree. Most bitch about germination ratios and forget the fundamentals.

Make your plants do your housework for you. Do the dishes, answer the phone. Make those bitches act how you want 'em too. "ACK right, bitches...."

To get a visual, here are previous pictures from my current grow, I got two blue dreams, 2 strawberry kush/ og kush and a single Headband, I posted the blue dreams to show you what size they were before I transplanted them, They are by far my favorite. I din't want them to grow too tall so you can see they been topped, fimmed, Lst, etc. This was around 30-45days ago, Right now they sitting 4 1/2 feet tall with 15-top colas on yoyos.

Ccc..the bacteria are mycoraizzae..beneficial microbes..they break down elements in the soil and allow them to be ingested/used by the plant, without them, life will cease to exist..I use great white and have a big pack of botanicares (I think its calles azo? I forget)..anyways,follow the directions and add some unsulfered organic molassass to your nutes for the microbes to eat on also..you'll see a difference...its almost a necessary element to most gardens.

hmm i'll look into this whole bacteria thing then. not sure how i missed it after a year of research..always something new to learn.

i've been out of town the past couple days. i feel like i'm a father worried about my kids lmao. i really wanna' get back home n' check em' out..supposedly they are doing well though. got a buddy who lives with me facetiming me and keeping watch over the girls. he's a good dude i appreciate that.

Somehow I wasn't getting alerts about this thread. Resubbed.
Bennies can definitely help with root growth but they're certainly not needed. If you're running a big grow and are looking to fill your flower room faster they're fantastic. House and Garden Roots Excelurator is some pretty amazing stuff but its pricey!
I would say doing something to get some air or chemical root pruning going on would be more important. Even if you go clone to flower in one container like Rory does a better rootball is going to produce better.

I veg for a few weeks duck..but basically yea...
Benificial microbes are not needed for the most part..but every little bit helps and I can def see a difference in harvest just by using DIFFERENT BRANDS(what?lol)..the paul staments myco pack was by far some of the best additive id had in my garden..in fact I'm gonna go hunt some down now if possible since my stoned ass keeps forgetting(that 40$ jar of great white helps me be ok with this :-) )
