Go to lowes, get an indoor gardners best friend..HVAC TAPE!!..aluminum tape that's stickier than a whores pillow..it will make certain of the hose not coming out unless its violently moved..and,find your working area in the garden and realize your space..THEN put your a.c. where it will not move by you bumping it(I have a problem hitting function buttons with my elbows and ass..lol)..
As far as your babies..well,stastically,they'll grow, but may be 'mentally disabled'..id pop all of em for reassurance..but that's me..ima pm ya in a sec

i sealed her up with gorilla tape. that shits stickier than any whore's pillow i've ever touched. i'm actually gonna take your advice and pop the other blue dream i've got just to be sure...it can't hurt. plus lets be real ima want to do a new strain next run anyway so no need in saving it. also gonna skip the paper towel and throw her straight in my rapid rooter. it's a small ass seed tho gonna be hard to figure out which way to put it in.

Yeah your cool bud, gotta make sure you get a handle on that heat. If you have troubles maintaining proper temps Co2 helps plant breathe in higher temps making the hindering less detrimental.

Happy Bday mate :)

i don't think i can use co2 with the tent as it isn't perfectly sealed. no biggie though don't plan on upgrading to co2 until i've got a few grows under my belt. i'll prob be in colorado by the time co2 is added:mrgreen:
and thanks dude, appreciate it.

Just because its not sealed doesnt mean the plants cant breathe it. Besides Co2 is heavy it falls thats why its best to have it above your plants for disbursement. Some might get out but it can still be beneficial. Even the cheap bags on ebay

mornin' everyone! so it seems i was freaking out yesterday for absolutely no reason, lol. i checked the history of my temps and it was only hot in there for around a half hour.

both seedlings have now emerged and look happier than ever. one even has a tiny little root popping out the bottom already. today or tomorrow they both go into half gallon pots.

lol I cleared it out good this time don't think I'll have that issue again. You're right...il get some hvac tape today. Why spend $2k+ then worry about an extra $15 that could potentially save the whole op..seems foolish huh lol

yeh i already taped the digital display.

Also finally got my lights hooked up to zwave so it's runnin on a 18/6 cycle now. Even got a camera in the tent that I can view from my phone. Things are lookin up:mrgreen:

I started alittle bit before you but if you stop by my journal you can see what to look forward to :). I have been growing mine up since oct. and going all the way into the begining of Jan.

I would transplant them when they have plenty of roots showing to solo cups. NOT 1 gallon containers.

When you transplant to too big of a container the soil stays wet for two long which can lead to root rot and other problems. Plus they are soooooo fucking fragile right now.

I'm sure it can be done, and is done, but solo cups have always done me proud..especially when cloning and what not. You take like 2-3x the number of clones you need. Root them, transfer to cups, then 2 weeks later, take the best of the bunch and your off an running.

If I were you, I would take the 5 minutes to give them so beneficial bacteria. Just get a small packet from the store. Either before or after you transplant. Get a colony of fungus working to feed and protect your plants!! It will cost like $6.

I bought two window units and was going to box off the back like you mentioned before, but found that once i started venting outside my temps were perfect. I have seen a diy write up of an A/C box build though.... maybe i can find it.

there's something, I had a better one where the guy was a hvac specialist and tinned it out, butt... you get the idea. window units are by far the most efficient and cheapest a/c, the only thing to keep in mind is the smell. window units are not hermetically sealed so some extra vinyl(vinyl tape is used in abatement to keep asbestos from permeating the tape) tape or silicone is required. all in all can be done for 80 if your crafty. else just get a mini split. and i was actually planning to only vent the warm exhaust side and letting my ac sit in the wall normally with the thermostat reading the room temp.

Cant wait to see your blue dream bud.
