Nope, no hard drive, no pictures no nothing copied as far as i'm aware...

Mostly since it wasn't on the warrant. They can't seize those kinds of things without it properly written on the warrant.

damn dude those plants looked amazing how the hell did you manage to make ur plants so stubby mine are all kinds of branched out maybe i need more topping/fimming. What was on the Search warrant if you don't mind me asking? Tbh seeing as they weren't searching your house for a grow op and they didn't find what the search warrant had on it (more or less from ur words) I'd think ur attorney should get you off.

Ive got a friend whose dad was growing outside in the backyard they grew crap weed (1k per pound) but it was 1pound per plant he had 99 plants when the DEA busted in. He got off without jailtime and minor fines because in this state (as well as several across the US) weed is naturally grows so as long as its outside in ground and they got nothing on you. figured id tell you how someone else fared vs the DEA

PS for Cfl's if you get a vanity light bar such as whats hanging in your bathroom and some Y socket adapters you can make a very simple(and powerful) light bar. Hell i still have two bags of splitters from my failed grow

the law in Ky is that it has to be on your "curtlage" basically meaning that since i own 50 acres of woodland, anyone could have simply walked through and planted the plants. unless there is a "clear and defined trail" to the plants, that shows without a doubt that you were either tending them, OR knew they were on your property. so basically in ky we simply deny deny deny. i told the p[olice to put a camera in my woods to find whatever scumbag planted the 200 plants theey found on my property about 4 years ago, yes they hassled meand destroyed the crop, but it was too possible for someone else to have placed them there without my knowledge. i cant possibly patrol 50 acres of woodland and maintain any kind of homelife. so you might check that. im new to indoors, and still trying to learn all of the ins and outs.

Yeah, the outdoor concept doesn't come close to applying in this situation, but I appreciate the thought man, and of course i'm still up. It takes more then a little raid on my grow to keep me down. I'll be up and growing again in no time. I'm close to affording my card, so it shouldn't take me but roughly 6-10 weeks to get it and get restarted. My main goal now (aside from harvesting as soon as I can...) is to harvest 1nce before, and once ON or around Christmas time. (I love that xmas weed) I think my first grow once I start again will be 12/12 strait from seed. (sucks, but I needa rush it slightly) since I was SUPPOSED to have a harvest within 3 weeks of now...
BUT Now I don't even have any beans, or beans popped...let alone sproutlings or plants of any kind...so it's gonna be 2.5-3 months minimum. + Cure time is 3.5-4 months...::sighs::
I spend all my time on a weed site and can't even smoke a bowl....it's killing me...

I love lil nugs like that, they tend to fit perfectly in the bowl.
I dunno, I prefer small nugs over larger ones, cause I feel like if I buy a 1/4 of lil nugs, i'm getting more then if I buy a 1/4 in 1 big nug....due to the big stem in the middle that will end up taking like 2g's of the weight away.
