hey! clones are transplanted and vegging and 4x4x6 box is almost done, so i thought it would be time to start documenting it.
i have 4 blueberry clones (mostly sativa) and 5 blueberry clones( more on the indica side)

using 9 4 gallon pots, #4 dirt, and Advanced Nutrients micro grow bloom ph/ppm perfect.

I plan to veg for 2 weeks- a month( under the 400)

my 2 female Nebula seeds cracked today and were put into pots(with tweezers)
along with 3 regular mango seeds, they are in a tray and dome, about a 1/4 inch above a heat mat, ill take off the dome when they each have a set of leaves.
nebula and mango will be mothers for my next crop.

i have a lumatek 400w dimmable ballast. 265 cfm blower
clones are currently under 3 2ft T5's untell i finish the box. i hung a 13 watt cfl above the seedlings to give them some light to grow towards, i will fit them in under the T5's once they pop above the ground.

Id be lieing if i said this was my first grow, i have started seedlings/ clones, grown mothers and cloned, finished a grow outdoor, but this will be my first time to this scale and flowering indoors, How am i doing?

(3rd pic is sativa 4th is the more indica blueberry if you cant tell)

Think about a vented hood for that space. Then you can get the Most out of your space and have huge tops.

thanks guys! and i have a cooltube, but the box is inside of a non insulated shop, and i was thinking i should use a typical batwing reflector to keep the plants warm at night? or will the cooltube warm the box with a fan controller anyway? now the other problem is daytime temps, im hoping a day/night fan temp controller will solve that.

how does this sound?
use my blower on a speedster controller hooked up to just the carbon filter,
and a 6 " duct fan on the day/night controller with the cooltube venting cold air in and hot air out
(my blower has a small range it likes to run on the speedster so im thinking it wouldnt work for this)

come winter i will be starting mothers for spring, after my guerrilla gardens are out i will do a mango/nebula crop.

420, I'm gonna watch your thread with interest. I planted 10 (Dutch Passion) blueberry's, a World of Seeds NLxBig Bud and a World of Seeds Afghan Kush x Skunk 6/22/12. Everybody germ'd but I lost a B2 along the way. The WoS beans are feminized but the B2's are "reg'lar." Good fortune to you, your grow and your thread followers (me included).

update time! i decided to grow the 4 blueberry sativa clones outdoors, and i am just growing the 5 indica blueberry and the mango and nebula for mothers.
picked up a bail of pro mix and transplanted seedlings into 1 gallon grow bags, re mounted the T5s and got 1 reflector for better coverage of the 3 mango,

i have the hps setup temporarily on 250 superlumens, and a small fan cooling it, box has a coat of primer on the inside, will get sealed up and painted flat white, fan and filter and light properly mounted, front panel screwed on and doors made, light tight and quiet asap then i will be done.

I have some sort of problem with the clones, since i got them they have had yellow/whiteish dots all over the leaves and a bit of a deformity, any ideas on what this could be? PH problem?

What kind of water are you using? Looks like it could be the start of mag deficiency...which is normal if you use filtered, RO, or purified water. Or maybe mag is lacking in your nutes. Either way, if it's deficient then it is easily fixed with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt to a gallon of water.

i am using town tap water, maxi grow, and b-plus, i will try to PH my water with the little test vial, and next watering i will try adding epsom salt.
ASAP i am picking up General hydros micro grow bloom, koolbloom. digital ph meter, ph up and down, final phase.

I had the same problem with a leaf set on one of my plants...Just monitor the water you're using and keep in mind all of the nutriets in the soil, plus what you're adding to your water, and make sure that there isn't a problem with what you're using...Could be using too much or too little of something..But like LadyJ said...It's a defiency and is easily fixed..Refer to the defiency thread and you'll figure out your specific problem and find a way to treat it.

Last thing..Are you using that 400w HPS throughout veg phase? If so...I highly recommend not to. Your plants will grow really tall and stretch a whole bunch..And it will slow up their growing whether you're going to want to believe that or not. HPS bulbs give off a lot of the red spectrum along with a lot of yellow. both of which go unused during the vegetative state...

Happy growing, i'll check up on this throughout your process. Very interested!

Yes i am using Hps throughout veg, it is not a big deal to me, i have seen it done before, the seedlings under hps are streching a little but nothing a couple bambo stakes couldnt fix(done) and once i have 5 2 ft T5s with reflectors and a better veg box built painted white i will have all the seedlings under T5, the clones will only be vegged for a month then flipped anyway. it is a cooltube, so once i have yoyo hangers it will be easy to keep cooltube close enough for bushy growth and with the blower running the filter and cooltube it stays relativity cool.

edit: now that you mention it the mango under T5 are doing much better then the nebula under Hps... ill make the new veg box, buy 2 more t5s, 4 more reflectors asap

So im really noticing the slow growth on the nebula seedlings under HPS, so im going to try fit them all under the 3 T5s or pick up a few T5s and reflectors, my camera broke, but i have another one if i can find the charger for it will work, gooood growth on the mango though, very impressed.

fed clones with maxi gro and b-plus yesterday, probably the last time i will feed untell i pick up GH 3 part and PH meter.

im not really sure how long, when i got them they had just rooted and took 2 weeks-1 month to start growing... once they started growing they outgrew the T5 space and i moved to hps... i need a mh :(
yes they deffantly are picky, im starting to wish i choose a easier strain for first time finishing inside but too late
im going to try adding 1 tablespoon of epson salt to every gallon of water as mentioned above, and buy a PH meter, ph up and down and GH 3 part and koolbloom when i can afford.

I use epsom salt too but be careful not to overfeed, magnesium can burn the roots or worse if you give them too much. I usually add it every other feeding to be on the safe side.
