I know dude, but I only have a fan to exhaust the hot air coming from the hps. If I didnt have that in there, they would be toast.

I ordered another fan, smaller (80cfm) for pulling air into my tent..probably air from the basement/outside..but it gets cold out so idk yet.

Will they do alright for a couple of days like this?
I am watering about every other day, and spraying the soil every morning.

Good/bad/suggestions?

You want the soil to be almost completely dry before watering. I water mine every 4 days, and I mist twice a day but I have 3gal containers. Since you are using those small cups right now, every 2-3 days is probably fine. By letting the soil dry out, you encourage the roots to spread out, not just stay in the bottom where its always wet.
