4/4/4/4/4/4 light cycle?

Thank you for that link, I read it. The article talks about CO2 that the plant has absorbed and then, to some degree, released. That is completely whithin the way I understand a plant works.

Much the same way that we inhale air (containing about 18% Oxygen). If we are exercising, we "burn" somewhat more oxygen; if we are at rest, we "burn" somewhat less. But either way, we don't "burn" it all. We exhale some of it back into the atmosphere. But we don't produce the Oxygen, we just release the excess.

The article doesn't say that plants PRODUCE CO2, it just says that they RELEASE what they don't use. I said I doubted that plants produce CO2 - I still do! It makes sense that a plant would release a higher concentration of CO2 at night while photosynthesis is dormant. I'll have to go back and reread that article to see if it states anything about the PPM of CO2 that one can expect - it may be significant; maybe not.

Interesting!

For the most part, I found this whole thread to be typical (somewhat indecisive). However: I saw reference to two things that got my attention:
1. The plants produce CO2 during the dark cycle (I seriousely doubt that!).
2. Keeping the "Lights On" and "Lights Off " temperature as close together as possible will reduce stretch (I've never heard this one - color me skeptical!).

Is there any reliable source for either of these claims? It seems that roumors become "Common Knowledge" if they're repeated enough times - even if they're total bullshit! I could be way out of line here, but they both sound like Bullshit to me.

Back in the day, I learned that plants take in CO2 and give off Oxygen (just the opposite of humans). I see no logical reason why that would change at night. That might slow way down as photosynthesis ceases, but I don't see why it would reverse. I am pretty sure that I don't start breathing in CO2 and exhaling Oxygen at night!
I produce by products just breathing every day.
Cause and effect. Cause, I breath O2 in, effect Co2 comes out produced as by product.
How is a plant any different the way they produce Co2 or how they produce O2 for that matter?
You agree they produce O2, but can't accept they produce Co2.
Oh my bad, you actually said "Back in the day, I learned that plants take in CO2 and give off Oxygen (just the opposite of humans)."
So the scientific, factual, thing I should have said, and the article should have said ought to have been, give off?

^ "But we don't produce the Oxygen, we just release the excess."

So... Who said anything about humans producing Oxygen? Only you? Did I miss something?

haha, I know I said I never heard of it but the more we all got chatting I think I actually have heard some of this. On another forum even. It is actually creepin me out because it seems ominously familiar to be honest.
I know I've been through this whole thread already. This is like an acid flashback.

You forgot to correct that contingency.
You didn't see that coming did you? But I did, I know all about that.
You don't want to know what I went through because of it either.
I'll give you a hint.

the "enhanced" techniques were unnecessary and also to accuse some CIA officers of misleading Congress about the effectiveness of the program, President Barack Obama said on Friday that the CIA "tortured some folks."

Trying to find that Huffington post article about how hospital staff has the rights to torture people with only a few moments of training.
This article was fairly recent.

While I'm drugged after I said, Don't give that to me. ------> Me: "Why are you doing this to me."
Person I couldn't make out who it was because I was drugged.------> Mysterious person: "That is a loaded question."

I am your friend.
I am here to help you.
You need to give me info to report back to them.
What are you up to?
Nothing, and even if I was I wouldn't tell you anything. So tell them that.
Tell them what? You haven't given me any information.
Tell them, you don't know what I'm up to and ask them to figure it out.
Guy writes on a note. I don't know what he's up to. You figure it out.

Y'all should consider the "KISS" method...tried and true...not a lot of thought goes into it and it produces great results...and there's no interrogations involved...WOW !!!
