36 pot iws dwc system need to lend some knowledge .

Hi all just wondering im in the middle of growing in soil and my next run i want to try a different set up ive been looking at a 36 pot iws dwc system and just need some advice on changeing the reservoir ive seen the single bucket dwc systems being changed has they do it all by hand now surely with a 36 pot you don't do it all by hand do you? can someone please explain as im new to growing and im doing my first run and struggle to get my head around my situation , thanks
