3 Weeks Flower White Widow Pics

Dude, in the best of indoor grows you aren't likely to get an El Bee off one plant, Widow or not. If you are lucky and do an optimal job, you may get an lb. per 1000 watt light, if you are real good and Santa brings you a present! I have seen WW colas that were over 18" tall and at least 7-8" across plus all the other buds on the same plant and no way did they come to an LB. Sorry man! Outdoors different enchilada altogether. If somebody can show me otherwise, I would like to see a pic of a plant that will produce a pound of bud, indoors.
bro i dont think i will get a pound but she is so big i really might pull a couple of ounces easy

Hey Mosberg,
Great grow... I have a very similar set up and fingers crossed some WW seeds in the mail at the moment...

I currently have a mother which I veg'd (and took clones) for nearly 3 months like yourself. The colas are HUGE and plant is nearly touching the light, I can't raise them much more than they already are... when I put this old mother into flower I'm concerned I'm going to run out of space real quick, any suggestions? Obviously i'll have to give her a chop before she goes to flower huh? The colas are so thick I feel bad cutting them back, it's like a damned tree! haha...

It's morrocan skunk X... not supposed to be a tall plant.

Suggestions?

bro i had ther same problem i have a 3x3 hydrohut that is only 6 feet tall all i did was bend the branches at a 90 degree angle it will be fine the plant will recover plus you will get more weed because each individual pod will be growing up towards the light

I will show you exactly what i did once i get batteries for my camera i totally understand your problem all you have to do is bend her. Tonight i will take pics and show you how i did this.

Thats awesome you vegged her that long i think the longer the veg the better the buds. I have 4 other female skunk seeds that i have flowering too i only vegged them for about 4 weeks then let them flower i was kinda just doing an expirement thanks for the reply come back tonight and check out the pics so you can see how you can bend her

I might just put it in a pot filled with clayballs and sit it to the side of the flood & drain table... I've already got another few clones in flowering (SOG style) so I don't really have the space (or height! doh!) to spare on the table...

Will this work? Putting a (large) rockwool cube with roots spewing out of it into a pot filled with clayballs? Then I can still have the drip going into the pot and feed that sucka...

Nothing but SOG for me now I thinks, have read alot about it and I like the whole cloning straight into flowering and not too much horizontal space taken up thing... so now I guess I have a spare grow room (I have a veg room and a flower room, completely seperated both flood & drain) :blsmoke:

thanks for ya help!

I grew a single plant that was about a lb, I grew it indoors under a single 600w hps and I veged it with the hps too. Total weight was about 48 oz wet/15 oz dry, but I didnt count some of the bud because i didnt consider it to be nice enough bud.

I would have shown you the thread but i deleted my attachments so you cant see the pics on it anymore.

I can't tell you when to pick them buddy, your best bet is to get yourself (if you havent already got one) a micrscope and check the trichomes.

Don't cut them early though because widow likes a longer flowering time it will really pack on the trichomes in its final 2 weeks, most people say to give it 10 weeks.

Biggie i tied here the buds are actuallly laying on their sides and giving the pods it was blocking more light? I think if i let the bottom buds get a little more light they will get a little bigger right>?

I also added 2 cfls for a little bottom growth.

hey mosberg,
so my WW seeds arrived, they're currently soaking for 24 hours as are the rockwool cubes they're destined for..

Just wanted to know if you pruned much during veg or early flowering? I'll be growing SOG style pretty much trying to emulate your grow (and success hopefully! haha).. Starting from seed for SOG has me a little confused on the pruning side of things as I'm not blessed with a whole bunch of space I dont want these girls(fingers crossed) to spread sideways so much and all...

cheers :joint:

sweet, im on day like 48 of my flower, under a 250hps, they all SO heavy they are ALL tied up, nothing like opening their door and finding 5 of my 9 laying on the ground! but they all good, some water, and some string and they were goood as new in 2 hours. check out https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/17063-how-close-harvest.html#post169785, for my pics,
yours look great for day 21, the next 20 are the most fun! except the countless days after reaping the benifits!
CHEERS
