I've only got 3 seed plants so I'm gonna do a similar thing to last time and run some clones in my eventual space.

Filter is CANLITE 600 6" bought in May'12.
SMS smart controller set at 25C and an idle speed of about 35%.
RVK150A1 fan.
Adjust a wing enforcer medium with 400w SYLVANIA lamp on lumatek 400wSL Ballast.

i have left the idle setting on 40% there like, rvk150 aswell and a tt100 intake hopefully no proplems with temps this was a liqudation stock off ebay so hopefully its not dodgy but if it is and they still to high am just gona buy a decent one

I never use active intakes, only passive.

I've never found a need to because I use a built in closet.

With tents though you get that implosion effect without active intakes sometimes.

Just be careful your active intake isn't running more m3/h than your exhaust fan when your exhaust is idling.

Is your controller a twin controller or just a single?

just a single m8, i never thought about that i might plug the intake into the timer as well so it goes off while lights out and just idle is running with the bionaire

Good plan.

Gotta keep that stinky stinky down lol.

My 3 seeds are the HSO OG KUSH, HSO PINEAPPLE SKUNK and DINAFEM CRITICAL+.

Got my training rings sorted. Will fit them up later and take a pic to show. Only got 2 legs on them. 50cm diameter ring to go in my 11L pots.

But pricey but well worth it (£7.98each)

i got 3 for £1 in poundland but the biggest ring is about 20cm diameter 3 legs on each, do u think i should invest in 5 bigger ones as im going into 18ltr pots aswell

I've bought mine to exceed the diameter of my pots.

This way when I fix them to the rings I can actually fix inside the ring rather than outside.

20CM seems a little small to me.

what u mean my thread or the actual meaning of what im trying to achieve?

what most people call it on this site or u just a nob end being funny
I meant to say "who coined the term "main-lining"?"
I meant no disrespect to you.. or nugbuckets, really.

I know everything needs a name... and.. taking a term that is already well known and throwing it at your tek makes for a memorable name, but, really?

Does this guy call the "stretch" of flower "shooting up"? Fixing an N def "getting well"? Over feeding "over dose"?

i dont no what he calls them, but everyone is familiar with the term "mainlining" so seemed like the right thing to name my thread for people to follow

Thanks for the LOLs.

That actually occurred to me too.

BUT Nugs can call it whatever he wants, and I am happily
following along with my first MLed plant. (but I know you concur)

Good luck,

well day 22 since planting, i have just been set the new timers up and left on for a test run

400w mh 18/6
intake 18/6
outtake 24/7 (runs at 40% idle while lights and intake are off)
heater 6/18 (while lights out)

reset the hygrometer at
20.4c and 68% humidity
the bottom of the hygrometer is 11" away from glass on tube can i get the plants closer then that to the tube

and my temp controller seems to have sorted my problem last pic

I get my plants closer than 11" from my open reflector with my 400w.

While they settle in though keep it higher until you find that sweet spot.

i would be safe and leave it at 10" veg plants dont need such intense light imo, and its better to be safe then create problems from the light being too close, temps might be ok but she could still get light burn!!

i looked at your last picks mate and there comming along nicely, i would however WAIT untill they are double that size, then start hacking them up, they have only really just started vegging, let that fast veg growth start first...trust me it will save you time!!

just thought id chuck a lil pick up of my girls as i seem to be the only one doing Mline in dwc, tell me n ill remove if ya want, its your diary not mine lol

p.s i need some form off support BAD.....

currently 3foot tall 4ft inc pots

not the best picks but you get the idea!!

Subbed up for the ride. I am having that internal debate I think we all have at some point...whats gonna give us the best yields in our space tons of small plants vs fewer larger plants.

Out of curiousity, what made you decide not to run the BB strains in mainline?
