Listen 420..... I just joined this site and I read through your journal. You CANNOT be bummed out!!! You have a fantastic 1st grow!!! You have a nice amount of bud blooming so take
the loss on those 2 autos. It's a bummer cause that's like a stack and a half loss right there. But you have some nice shit growing otherwise that'll buy you a crazy setup when it's done.

I just bought a whole shitload of autos recently and haven't been able to get a single 1 to grow!!! I get EVERYTHING to grow and look good. But an auto? I'm done with them. I went
through 6 Pakistani Ryder Autos, 2 AK47 Autos and none of them grew. I just finally got 1 to grow and I also just put 2 more AK47's in a soil mix after soaking them for 2 days to get a
roottail. Plus I have 1 more AK soaking and 3 Diesel Ryders too. The Diesels have been soaking since yesterday and nothing yet. So I'm dying to see if those 2 AK's pop soil in the next
few days. I'm dying to smoke some of that!!
But I have some other stuff going that's not giving me any headaches. I have a Big Band breaking ground now, I have a Tangerine Dream that broke ground the other day, 1 Special Haze #1 growing at about 2 weeks now, I have the 1 Pakistani Ryders growing now for about 3 weeks ( it looks okay but something tells me that it's going to hermie ), and I have 4 Jamaican Hash Buds going about 10 days now. So things are coming along here.
I'm really interested in that Bubbleponics you're doing. That looks so much easier than soil. I'm going to start reading up on that. When I move in the summer I'm going to start doing that
Bubbleponic shit. Soil is messy and I want to clean it up a bit indoors.

That shit looks too wild. How many options are there for treating a plant that has Hermied? Obviously you could try to seclude it from the others, kill it, or just let it go. Would cutting off the male parts harm the plant? Is there a way to like strangle that part off or something?

NYC420- Im about to start a Auto grow, I have 2 batches of 5 that I wanna run with 600w MH/HPS, what lights did you run and what did you feed them? Its been discussed earlier in this thread that Autos have low tolerance to nutrients. Please more info. Send me a message.

PS. Sorry for thread jacking 420DT, but seriously stay in touch, my op will be up and running in a matter of days.

Thanks and I am moving along with grow as planned at this point I have a lack of options but am nearing the end...I need to update with pics but lost the cord to charge it WTF.......

I like the DWC but it is some work if you havea questions let me know

I dont mind the thread jacking lol

no wait they didnt hermie. those are just bud site under growths. where sometimes buds will flourish and all connect. nanners or rods or seed sac can be thrown but these are not them!

Hey Miss M, aww they are all so pretty and they look very healthy...great job on all of them..definitely keep us posted on a smoke report once harvest comes around :)..oh and just wanted to let you know that my lil one is a girl :)..we found that out last night..+ rep to you as soon as i can hun

Lol, really, mine always look better than the pictures to me :D

Did I tell you about the "drowning method" of curing yet? It would be very easy for you in hydro. Riddleme did a lot of research and found that curing is the fermentation of the buds. This has something to do with removing the oxygen from the plants roots. He found if you "drown" the plant during its last week of life, it starts the fermentation, or curing, process while the plant is still alive. To do it in soil you have to only keep the soil soaked this whole time, or drown the plant in a larger bucket. But in hydro all you have to do is turn off the air pumps. There have been nothing but positive reports of doing this method. I plan to use it on my next harvest. I figured since you had several hydro plants it may be worthwhile for you to try. Let me know if you have any questions on it, be happy to answer best I can :)

looks like you'll still get a good yield off her. some extra side lighting for the next round will help the lower stems fill out some more, but I am sure you are aware of that.
