Thanks, bud. I just hope they stay growin'! No movement at all in 3 days. Although, I can JUST see little nubs at the base of my Citral fan leaves, so I'm thinking a might have a second set coming. :) I looked at my plants under a 60x pocket microscope, too.. Trichomes!! These little tiny plants are already giving off psychotropic goodness! :)

Hopefully, pics of the flower tower completed up soon..

looks like you could do with some better reflective material around inside of your boxes.
other then that awesome work and good luck :D

Thanks, man. I may try out some mylar (my kid loves balloons, ya know!) to change things up a bit if I feel I gotta get more out of it. :)

definitely get your reflective materials on asap, your doing a small grow so the more light the better, so get onto that straight away :)

Note (mostly to myself):

Moved both plant pots down a LOT. I measured the temperature right where the sprout was, instead of at the bootom of the pot, and saw that the temp was at about 91 with 38 percent humidity. Might explain why I've seen nada for growth in some 4-5 days. STRESSED! I may take a light out of my setup to try to get temps down and light up. Either way, I need to play a bit, as 91 is just way too hot.

Hey there ER
Think you may be right about the temps there. I move my thermometer to a different location each day to check on such things. That humidity is good at those temps though.
I would tend to agree with Godbox on the mylar, although I am starting to question the 90% reflectivity a little. I used to have a locking handle on my case like one of your boxes, but it went tits up on me so I removed it and covered the hole with thick black tape. There is mylar on the other side of course, but a lot of light still came through the tape. It looked like more than 10% to me.

Sheesh. Talk about a fast response from my plants! Moving them down a tick and both have new nubs clearly showing. The top44 has 6 nicely symetrical fan tips jutting out and the citral has 2. I cannot wait to top and clone these little shits to see if they're girlies!!!

Has anyone grown Durban Poison or Jock Horror (god, I hate that strain name) in a PC case? I have a pal who's an outdoor guerrilla that I might be able to nab clippings from if either is worth it. I've heard GREAT things about Herrer genetics, so I'd love to get into that, too..

If the wife passes out on the couch tonight, I'll do it tonight, although there's not a lot more to show on the plants. I'll include the flower tower pics next plant update.

ROFL. I'm totally not expecting it to work, but I figured that, since it's my absolute favorite strain, I'd give it a shot.

Both of those strains are sativa, I dont think theyd be too good in a pc case as they need height.
But worth a try 12/12'n from clone maybe? :blsmoke:

And im watchin this bud thing ;)

FS: thanks for stopping by. The strain of bud that i won't be able to clone is Sour Diesel.

Thanks for the tip on MG O. I've wondered about it since my very first grow attempt was burned by MG additives some 14 years ago.

ive grown some real nice plants in MG soil and with MG nutes. but it is easy to burn your plants. ive done that too.

i find that i have to flush real good a few times in the grow especially when using small pots.
