Hey guys! Just got back from a 4 day trip to D-Town to see Armin van Burren. One of the best vacations of my life... feels corny to say but I am feeling absolutely blessed lately; and I don't even believe in a higher deity... unless we're talking about the Flying Spaghetti Monster! (reference pic)



Went over there with my girlfriend who I've totally gotten into techno over the last couple years and we've gone to see some amazing shows. Gotta say, I haven't jumped up and down and rocked out as hard as I did on Wednesday in a LONG time. It was even more cool because my last serious GF who I'm still friends with flew over and partied with us all weekend. I was like *ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED* ! Yea... speaking to that point if either of you guys want some energetic music; let me know and I'll hook you up (I DJ a bit for fun).

Anyways I just decided to leave the girls alone for the 4 days to see how they'd cope. They definitely needed watering but were otherwise totally fine. I took some more pics. I gotta make it a point to get out there right before or after the lights shut off and take some non-HPS lighted photos. Snapped one to show my buddy in Denver when the lights were off and they look totally different... The crystals make the plants looks wet, it's awesome!

Profile... thats the Durban cross up front. If you look back at the last pic from this you can see the tallest branch has tipped over and is laying over another bud. I should probably stake it up or something, but this way I don't have to lift the lights




Anyway, looks great out there. Smells good. I chopped an undergrowthy bud and dried it and smoked it last night and again this morning it's pretty damn potent. I might be a bit late/early but I just started the week 7-8 nute schedule because the PE and Stargazer are both already showing orange hairs. The other strains might be a week behind or maybe even a bit more..... so hard to tell with a multistrain where I'm not familiar with any of their particularities. I think the next thing I need to invest in is a microscope so I can start to learn how trichs looks... every grow it's another learning curve. Lot's of fun though! When we were in Denver we went to the Zoo and one of the exhibits is a rainforest with tons of live trees/vines/branches/ferns etc.. and I was just thinking how much fuin it would be to plan and maintain an environment.... such a lot of work but it'd be so rewarding. As a dude that hasn't really grown much in the past I'm always amazed that I don't kill more plants...

Ah hehe yeah we'll have to get together next time I'm out visiting my family there... they live in Co Springs. I was gonna say next time I come out to visit I'm gonna have to get you to hook me up, but I guess I really don't since the legal stores will probably be open by then We gotta get together tho I probably won't be visiting again til next year though

That's cool Ron. I love me some electronic music. Mostly trance, but all across the board. I seen pretty much all the big name dj's play at some point, one of the advantages of living in so cal. You can see every music act ever (if you wanna spend the money). Glad you got to see AVB.

Which mix are you referring to? I'm guessing cellar door. That intro is a combination of a ton of things.... Including that sound and the Donnie darko trailer! That's one of my favorites... I'm sure I've lstened to it at least 1000 times
