Someone above mentioned a jeweler's loupe. You should try to get one online (they're cheap) and take a close inspection of the trichomes through it. When the little bobbles on the top of the trichs are mostly opaque, with a low proportion starting to turn amber, that's when THC production has peaked, and will begin to degrade over time. It's virtually impossible to see the bobbles without a loupe or macro camera; something with significant magnification.

Depends the size of the pot bro i think i went a little overboard with a 3gal pot for my little baby lol . Before i say tho im NO PRO by any means but id say prolly 4 of em would fit in the 1 square foot area in 1 gal pots thats just a guesstimate tho

Go to around day 63 from when you first seen pistils bro...not a perfect way but it will suffice .

Idk if some defoilation might help you? Your plant does have kinda big leaves, I've heard many times you can take off the leaves covering the buds for larger yield. I guess the light hitting the bud is more important in the flowering stage than for it to hit the leaf.

I wouldnt personally even consider defoliation in this case mainly because there isn't a whole lot of leaf mass to spare. Also, the main cola is getting plenty of light it's just the lower buds getting blocked which are going to be smaller no matter how much light gets to them. The starches stored in those big fan leaves you got will be more useful for the plant than deeper light penetration to buds that will be small regardless.
