10x10 room, looking for a perpetual harvest(SOG)

First grow. Any help, I would appreciate it.

(2) 1k watt HPS
(2) air-cooled 8"
(2) quantum ballasts
(1) 4x4 tray
(1) 2x4 tray
8" fan w/filter
apollo 9 timer
temper/humidity
ph
I don't have a reservoir. Can I use something from Home Depot? I don't feel like spending $70 50G w/out a lid.

I need to keep it under the legal limit. 10x10 isn't a lot of space either. What else do I need to say harvest every 2-3 months and have the best yield say 3-4Ps?

You need a seprate Room. For mothers.... Forget the 1ks get four 600s...

Take alot of clones... Don't get cought.

You need experience for everything else...

Just don't get ahead of yourself. The linked thread is basically what your going to have to do. You will be splitting up those room regardless.

You have to look at light spread first. A 1k light gives about 4.5 x 4.5 foot maximum good footprint. Four 600's will probably work better in a 10' 10' room.

You don't need an 8" unless your chaining about 8 light together...

One of the BEST hoods out there right now is the blockbuster 6. Great spread and nice seals. It's all about a good hood.

I would go with a flood table with a SOG style grow.

Your going to need a nice 8" inlet and outlet fan to keep things cool. Save up for a mini split if you can.

Definitely starting small and take a step at a time. Probably going to start with just one light.

Already have those parts along with a 735 CFM CAP fan. Guy sold me what he had which is Gro 1 hood. Yeah, I want to do flood and drain or should I just do soil? Scrog? Less is more right? I don't know what a mini-split it. I also have the main A/C coming into the room. Heat shouldn't be an issue.

Why don't you try a vertical grow, as in vertical bulb with plants around. I am just coming to the end of my vert experiment and I am all for it. I reckon a 25% increase in yield and thats with a few problems along the way.

With that space you could do 12-18oz per month (with room to improve) easily even, if your a bit of a novice so long as you get ya setup right. No veg room, only ever have 600w burning at any 1 time, easy to manage the heat in summer and cold in winter. It will take some hard graft but would be worth it. F & D also.
