Would putting the pots in a tray of water and letting the water soak up from the bottom work? Will be my first grow, just trying not to make big mistakes.

Has anyone ever used self watering pots?I saw some at a store,I believe they set in a tray of water and get the water from bottom to top.I was going to try some of the 3 gallon ones.

I thought I would need fresh air coming in and a way to exhaust out of the room.My big concern is keeping it warm enough in the room.Maybe a small space heater with a temperature setting.The fresh air coming in could be as cool as 35 F.I know the led light won't put out much heat,just trying to...

I want to grow 4 or 5 auto flowers in a 4x4x8 space using a 400 watt full spectrum led light.Will this be enough light or do I need more.I also have a 6" intake and 6" exhaust fan.I have not built the room yet so it could be made smaller.It is also going to be in a detached shed so keeping...

Do you think I might be able to get away with using 4" fans,my area is only 12 sq. ft., or should I go ahead and get the 6" fans?

Ok thanks for the info.Where could I purchase these fans and also what is the ideal temperature for the grow room?I will be trying to grow in the wintertime and my shed is does not have heat or air cond.I may have to use a small space heater to get desired temp.Thanks for any info you can help...

i am going to build a grow room 3' x 4' x 7 ' tall in an out building.Will old computer fans be enough for intake & exhaust?I will be using a 400 watt full spectrum LED light which does not put out alot of heat,I,m also want to keep the noise from the fans down also.

How many hours a day do you run them when using auto-flowering seed?

This will be my first grow.I have feminized auto-flower bubblelicious seeds that I am going to germinate in the garage under led lighting then move them outdoors.Any suggestions on when to move them outside or any other pointers would be very helpful.
