Ffof Here's the thing though. FFoF comes with nutrients in the soil. That said, if I'm giving 2 plants the same amount of water, wouldn't it take longer for a plant in a ten gallon container to "use up" the soils nutes compared to what's in a 5 gallon bucket?

is it possible that a larger pot would cause an already hot soil to stay "too hot" for a longer period of time than a smaller pot with the same soil and being given the same amount of water?

I didn't think it would be pertinent seeing as how the space would hypothetically be at ambient temperature... Effectively making it as if there is no tent, filter, or extractor. Anyhow, planning for a 5x3x2 tent, 6x16 filter, and 400CFM fan.

I'm curious about a potential heat issue. If my tent matches the rooms ambient temp with ventilation when/if I start a grow, would adding a fan "trick" my plants into thinking its a little cooler?

There's two ways legalization is happening right now. Through voter initiative, which is what you are referring to, and legislative process where we don't really get a say. Unfortunately, my state isn't an initiative state.

We have decriminalization in place already for under an ounce, medical is legal (though very constrictive), and legislature is in place for recreational legalization, but it's unlikely to pass. That said, growing is still not legal.

I appreciate the feedback. Just to refocus the question though, I'm not really looking for advice on where or how to get seeds. I'm more so curious on what people think the likeliness is of local law finding out about purchases (seeds, lights, etc) and coming to knock after I start growing.
