Just need to make sure, new to growing and did research but I want to make sure these are pollen sacks

So these have been on 18/6 the soil used was amazon bloom , very new to growing and I'm seeing these deficiencies but do not want make that typical rookie mistake. I need help haha would it be phosphorus and nitrogen deficiency? What is the best way to solve this problem?
