Can't really tell, but it does look like dude parts growing on the right hand side there....

You'll know for sure here in a couple days though.

no hurry at this point to kill it. It doesnt look good but u have a bit before it will be a danger to ur females.

pretty sure if u check it every day and have done some research u will see pollen sacks very clearly before they will open. I am far from an expert on this but i bet u have at least a week.
