Anyone else got a diagnosis for orange spots on plants??

I woke up to bad stem damage looks like some sort of pest chewed through the first set of real leaves. I don't know if it can recover anyone have experience.

I've been noticing these spots recently and idk what they are. it's been here for a couple weeks and I'm not too concerned but i just want to understand the issue any help thanks

First time I had shrooms I had a solid 1/8 and felt like a strong Indica high but nothing like my friends where experiencing we had a ton of giggles but that's it. Is it me or what?

Is there any soil out there that is cheap readily available and good for growing? I've been using the miracle gro because I get it 9.99 for 2 cubic ft. I would love to use FFOF but 20 bucks for 1.5 is a little more than I want to pay. Anyone else got ideas?
