How do you work that out? Work backwards from flowering dates? Are there dates when flowering will start.

Any idea when the latest dates are to plant outside? I always here as long as it is after the last frost but, is there a point when it is to late? Would April-May still be ok?

Is there an alternative to super soil that will allow me to just add water instead of nutrients ? I was looking into subcools recipe but, was wondering if there was something on the market that was either pre-packaged or only had to be mixed minimally like FF+ something else.

Well, the room is actually closer to 6x5. -If 1000w covers 5x5 and from what I have read that is with a good hood, why would it be too much? What would you use instead 2-400w? -I have never used a 1000w light so, I am trying to learn as much as I can.

I have grown under 400w and 600w never more than 8 plants. I am just finishing up a 6 plant grow. That is my concern if I go for a 1000w with 5x5 coverage I want to get as many plants as I can. I first grew 2 plants under 400w and with the Cali energy costs it was a damn near waste.

This is the issue I was concerned about but, to help with this I plan to mainline 8 colas keeping everything the same height.
