Because your buds have already matured ffs....they aint gonna gonna get much fatter... its pretty obvious for me when I start flushing and my leafs start to die and theresno green left in the plant its finished its life cycle and is ripe for the picking.

I can tell you if im smoking un flushed bud...the black ash is normally the first sign...then a irritating itch inside my lungs...theres lots of proof
