as far as why i do it like that is because im legal with mu ommp card and i try to stay with in my rights and rules. i would love to do 15-20 ladies at a time but i dont like taking those risks anymore..too much to loose these days

i think some ppl forget that with air/smart pots, the root system of your plant is is almost double the size of any plastic potter u use and there for requires almost double the water. plus when u factor in the pot itself is letting consistant air into it, for sure the soil drys out a little...

some strains do snap off when supercropping..to counter that, u just got to soften up the stem a little before kinking it over. squish it in ur fingers a cpl times before laying it down. if it snaps, but doesnt break off...that perfectly fine. it will grow a knuckle there and become stronger...

another suggestion would be to tuck the fan leaves behind or under lower nodes. all ya need is to expose the tops to the light and if ya can do that without cutting and leaves off u will be in better shape. more leaves = more growth. i myself, dont remove much greenery till the last cpl weeks of...

cut the bottom branches off...they only produce fluff and by removing them it will help ur yield. i personally remove the bottom 1/3 of the plant about a week and a half into flower.
