    Led Users Unite!

I think the main issue between 1w and 3w (and higher) debate is penetration. You will have lower penetration ability on the 1w LEDs, thus it might be more effective for SCROG type grows. I think it solely depends on the style.

AMAZING growth pattern. mutant or pheno?

well, a square is a rectangle but a rectangle isnt a square.... not all polyploid plants have whorled phyllotaxy, it is possible that your plant does in fact have more than 2 chromosome pairs, but it is just as reasonable to believe it as a genetic defect while the plant is still diploid. A...

AMAZING growth pattern. mutant or pheno?

    yo..GROW box..from scratch.

yes, you would want one hole (exhaust, hot air rises) up top on one side and another one down low on the other. alternatively to buying a carbon scrubber, you can make a small one of your own, personally i think you cannot be careful enough about smell.

    yo..GROW box..from scratch.

but to answer your questions, you need to have a little bit of a taller box, maybe 4.5 feet to compensate for the lights. you need to cut holes in the wall. i would recommend making space for a carbon scrubber inside and using a high CFM exhaust fan going out of one of the holes in the box...

    Plant Girdling?!?!

girdling can not only be done on trees... it is really only the process of removing a ring of phloem on a plant... the reason it is easier to do on trees obviously is because your phloem is part of your bark which just breaks right off, but i would imagine if you made a a cut all the way around...
