I would run the 400 and 600 side by side during full flower personally (if you can manage heat) During veg and early flower just use the 400 if you want to save yourself some electricity I would replace the 600w if you can afford it, but if not just use it anyway

depends on what system your clones are in in aero or bubble ponics, they wilt less many cut the tips of leaves but I cant see it helping them the bottom leaves might go yellow and die, thats ok try to take big clones keep em humid and warm, dont let environment fluctuate too far

drgreen is pretty spot on... check the ec and ph of your water when you first mix it, and when its running low... when water is low, if its high in ec (rich in neuts) it means the plants are just using mostly water just top up with water and this will bring down the ec so its not too rich...

yeah cause after a few runs the impurities that leak out of the plastic are gone, flush it plenty and they come good maybe they are designed for plants that grow at a higher ph, and like a grow medium, need to be washed thru with ph adjusted water a few times to stablize them your a sucker...
