Who said it would kill weed? Might cause deficiencies... not usually a problem when you aren't budding your houseplants.

I'd agree - genetics are hugely important. If there weren't deficiencies obvious, or disease, or stress... with that much light, they should be pretty solid.

You'd have to run an R/O filter on it to reuse it... ... I have seen guys make it through entire grows without changing the res, but that requires a very special set of skills and the right nutes. I do NOT recommend trying. If you hate wasting nutes, a hempy bucket is the most efficient...

You'd have to be incredibly efficient with your light setup - like wrapping the plant around the bulbs with 1/2" clearances. Otherwise, their just won't be enough energy to pump out the buds. It will veg fine though.
