G13 Labs Gigabud under LED's grow and smoke report

Here is an update. I'm still running this gigabud girl and I've also refined my style with a number of changes. I have also tried out several other girs, but giga has been a favorite. Plus, she has such a strong root that she survived a disease incident that I had when a friend gave me a...

    Root Aphids

Agreed, and may I add that when I'm battling them I use H2o2 at maximum levels to inhibit their fungi and bacteria they bring. Yes it wipes out all the bennies, but going back to the tea method is okay when you are certain they are wiped out.

    Barney's F - Vanilla Kush / TGA Subcool - Ace of Spades = Waterfarm - 600w

Yesterday I took an early sample off of one of my VK and fired up the Volcano. Wowzer... I got so forgetful that when I walked from one room to another I forgot why I went there. When fully ripe this is gonna be some fire.

    Barney's F - Vanilla Kush / TGA Subcool - Ace of Spades = Waterfarm - 600w

Great idea!! I'm going to make that change to all my Eco's in addition to drilling a bazillion holes in the bottom. Goodbye stinkin' brown tube.

    Barney's F - Vanilla Kush / TGA Subcool - Ace of Spades = Waterfarm - 600w

Hey waterfarmers and eco grower users: I've had to clear blockages in my pumps a few times in the past and twice today. The design of the pump somehow allows little bits of dust and solid matter such as calcium fallout to accumulate in the air line and make a plug. I recommend that when you...

    Barney's F - Vanilla Kush / TGA Subcool - Ace of Spades = Waterfarm - 600w

Here I am again posting thanks to Dayzt's positive commentary. I just have to say that VK is jumping for me. So much better than my last try with "another" Kush. Last one took forever to get through stretch and start shooting hairs... VK on the other hand shoots through that phase under...

    Barney's F - Vanilla Kush / TGA Subcool - Ace of Spades = Waterfarm - 600w

Hello all, here is a pic of my VK's these are clones at about week 2 into flowering in Gen. Hydro Power Growers which are the bigger brother to the water farm. You might notice two airlines to each because now I run an airstone in the buckets. These were all topped early in veg. I'm glad...

La Blanca 2nd Grow tell me what you think

Looks very much the same as mine except I'm running it in dripper buckets with LED's. Nice smoke but light yielder. Good daytime medical.

G13 Labs Gigabud under LED's grow and smoke report

Still very happy with Gigabud. I have a good friend who's a real fan of this genetic. He works at a small shop where the owner actually does not care if he's stoned at work. So since he has been smoking Gigabud, his boss asked him if he had quit since Gigabud does not give him "stoner eyes".

    G13 Labs Gigabud

I've been running G13 Gigabud for a year now. I have a journal up about it under LED's. Good hard working plant, easy cloner. Very tolerant of nutes although I do not run them too "hot". Finishes up consistently in 7 to 8 weeks. Yields about an ounce per clone in my setup. Easy going...

Dyna-Gro vs Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur (AK47 Grow)

Hey all and H/B, I made the switch to DG a month ago now. Using both Bloom and Grow. In veg, I'm running grow at about 1/2 strength and the clones are doing great. In flowering with bloom everything is looking very good and comparable to when I was running Advanced Sensi 2part but at less...

    Barney's Farm - Tangerine Dream - Waterfarm!

Hey Dayzt, I was working on my garden this morning and sure enough I noticed one of my pumps starting to drip weak. So I discovered that instead of taking it apart to clean the blockage from mineral flakes, I took a piece of weed whacker line and snaked it down the air tube. Worked just the...

    Barney's Farm - Tangerine Dream - Waterfarm!

Only a suggestion, but I usually take off the drip ring and soak it in vinegar. After a little while I then gently scrub off the salty mineral deposits making sure each little hole is clear. Then re-install. Also, I sometimes get pump slow down from mineral build up in the air tube right...

    First Time Grower, G13 Feminized

Super, Yes my 4 UFO's all are from Prosource too. I've been running them all the way start to finish with good results. One of mine is the 180 jumbo and I just got 21/2 ozs of finished product from a White Berry under it. Yes I agree good products from Prosource. My main flowering right...

    First Time Grower, G13 Feminized

Super wrote: "at this point i'm determined to *not* buy another UFO light. newer/better lights are out all the time in this fast-moving industry & i just don't wanna get caught up in researching the best bang-for-yer-buck deals right now. maybe i'll change my mind during flowering. if things get...

    First Time Grower, G13 Feminized

Those are fem preflowers, I think. Females preflower usually doubles, Males usually single spike. You are very bold to take on a race horse for your 1st.

    Barney's Farm - Tangerine Dream - Waterfarm!

Hey guys, just to chime in with my two cents... I use the bigger brother of the waterfarm, the Power Grower. Works exactly the same but has 2 gallon reservoir which has saved my bacon a few times when I have very thirsty plants. Recently, I've changed to the dual outlet air pumps and running...

Dr Greenthumbs Big Purps Smoke Report

Dr G, Hey I know you are on to bigger and pricier genetics with the G13 and I'm following you there... But with the Big Purps, do you recall how tall they got and/or how much stretch they did from veg to flower? Also, did you clone them and if so, were they good cloners? Thanks, Tony

Dyna-Gro vs Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur (AK47 Grow)

Great thread. I'm also switching from Advanced Sensi 2 part to Dynagrow. My reasoning is that it is just too hard on my wallet to buy all of the Advanced stuff. Observations most helpful to me is any advice on RO water and how well DG holds its PH. Another thing on my list is a nute system...
