    Sensi Grow Part A & B

My tap water is 6.2 PH / 10ppm. After I add A + B, big bud, sensi calmag, bud candy, rhino skin, my ph settles to 5.8 and climbs a point or so a day. I top off the buckets everyday with new water and add a squirt of diluted ph down(always mix the same strength). I don't even need my blue labs...

Bubbleponics, Ebb N Gro I am going nuts trying to decide

I'm a dwc grower. Pros to me are I grow different strains and I perpetual harvest . So sometimes I need a bucket to have 800 ppm of veg nutes (week 1 flower) and another bucket will be plain water for it's last 5 days, another will be at 1400ppm bloom nutes. Cheap start up cost and cheap to...

Should I transition to full DWC from ebb/grow?

My dwc gives me awesome veg and bloom results, however it is a lot of maintenance. It's only 15 min to do 6 buckets but it must be done everyday (48hr max) or ph shifts too much. First I add water to the 4gal mark then I add a few ml of cal/mag then adjust ph to 5.7-5.8. I'll take a pic of my...

    Blaze Climbing Rose Murdered

Hey my girl killed my 3 year old potted blaze climbing rose and I'm so pissed. What are my options to get a new one back to 5' x 5' size ASAP. Can I grow it in a bubble buckets 24/0 off a 1000w hps? Aeroponic for even faster? Please help me out.

BLUE LAB Ph/tds/temp Vs. Nutridip Trimeter

Both read temp and besides the portability of the combo meter another advantage it has is a 5 year warranty vs the guardians 2 year. http://www.getbluelab.com/shop/Bluelab+Combo+Meter%99.html Bluelab Combo Meter™ Better crops start with the Bluelab Combo...

BLUE LAB Ph/tds/temp Vs. Nutridip Trimeter

The blue labs combo meter is the shit. I'm sure the guardian is just as good if not better, but I went with the combo meter because I use it for everything pool, garden, reef aquarium. Even if I only used it for hydroponics I use DWC and have to go bucket to bucket so I still wouldn't of got a...

Cfl grow increased light bill ??

OP check to see if the $127's are estimated bills because they couldn't read your meter. If they have been estimating you for lower then you had been using it will catch up to you when they get to see the meter.

    Quick bubble hash question

Hey I bought a 5 bag kit and will be using a paint mixer/drill. Since this is my first time I am afraid of tearing my new worker bag so can I just mix the frozen popcorn/ice/water in a new clean bucket then pour it into the work bag?

    Great vacation, bad timing.

Might be too late but I really love the CAP HLC-3e high temp cut off. I bought one for each ballast after I started growing and a speedster fan controller failed. It could of caused a fire and I lost a lot of young plants. It kills power to your lights if the temp gets above what you set it at...

    Advanced Nutrients

Just to throw my 2 cents in. I started growing using AN base + everything except voodoo. I seen it was a good line but it cost a lot because I bought 1L bottles. I didn't like any of the pricy root shit, I felt it was snake oil after limited side by side testing . Then I herd about Dutch master...

Are these Clones ready to be tranasplanted to hydroton?

I guess it was letting them go longer and higher water temp. Last time after 7 days they looked the same as when I cut them but had no nubs or root or anything so I threw them all away. I had been reading that most get nubs in a few days. When I failed I started with 70F water, that time I...

Low cost, No maintenance, Long Vacation cloner?

The line is 2 years old and a 8ft run from the main panel 12 awg. Nothing else is runs on it. I had an electrician put new lines in for everything each pc and tv have their own breaker. The bulb is no hps in heat but I could go T-8's... but I have ran the 125w in the DR80 with no fan without...

Low cost, No maintenance, Long Vacation cloner?

I'm going on a trip in a few weeks for 21 days and would like to come back to rooted/vegging clones instead of having to start from scratch(seeds or new clones). I didn't do anything to my diy clone bucket in 10 days besides observe. I see a lot of people use those lowes black and yellow totes...

Are these Clones ready to be tranasplanted to hydroton?

This was my fourth attempt at cloning. This is day 10 in my diy cloner. Are any of them ready to be put into netpots with hydroton? If so, are they ready for veg nutes?(300ppm)

AN line what to use with sensigrow a&b??

Hey if you still looking for a nute to help your vegging you should try Dutch master Liquid light and Penetrator. If you want to use AN I think they copied LL with that VHO product + wet betty. Anyway you get vigorous growth from using this foliar combo 2-3 times a week. For the record I'm...

first post whoop whoop just needing a little help

Whats the starting ppm of the water? What are you using to test ph? What nute company are you using? 5.8 to 4.6 in 24hr isn't really possible (you didn't say that your roots are all rotting away). Sound to me like either your adding too much acid at some point and not letting it mix enough to...

    DWC replenishment question

Either is fine imo. You can just add water and adjust PH if your religious with your bucket changes every 7 days. Replacing with 1/4 - 1/2 strength nute water is cool also, you can go longer without a full bucket change. It all goes back to your plants and nutes.
