first post whoop whoop just needing a little help

hi plp just signd up today what a great site by the way, got a problem with my ph its keep falling aswell as my ec what i can gather this is wrong and should be happing i have done a search on goggle and give me this site. so am hope you kind stoner can help me out. am growning in a bubbler i have just flipped her to 12/12 sat gone there am growin under a 400w hps in a 1.2 tent . the temps are around 24-26C with the light on and 17-19C with them off. i do a weekly res change every sat i sit the water for 48hrs then mix the nute to around 1.4ec then they drop to .4 with in a few days. but my ph is the problem the ph after it sat for 48hrs is around 6.7 6.9 then i put the nutes it then sitts around 6 so then i bring her down to 5.8 but then with in 24hrs she drops down to 4.6. i have cleand the clay pebbles before hand so i do't think that the problem.

Whats the starting ppm of the water? What are you using to test ph? What nute company are you using? 5.8 to 4.6 in 24hr isn't really possible (you didn't say that your roots are all rotting away). Sound to me like either your adding too much acid at some point and not letting it mix enough to get an accurate reading. The other thing could be your ph reading tool is inaccurate.

Cheers for the quick relpy m8 ppm is at just the ec? if so its around .2ec. am useing a ph pen do't really know the make or model. my nutes are GHE3 i was told that they are the best for nov's like me. me roots look not bright whight but i would say they are health looking. (al try and get some pic's tonight) i was thinking my tester could be reading wrong but check it then tested the res water and my tester was not that far out. i flushed her for 48 hrs just water but nowt really happend as in the plant looks the same and same as the roots.
