So everything is going well and the plants seem to be growing pretty quickly. I lowered the light yesterday, and then again today. I have just been giving them water with roots excelurator in it. Here are some pics, I just took close ups of the two biggest ones (7 and 8).

I like it mainly because of the fact it is inert, that way I can control every bit of nutrients the plants get. Also I like it because it is extremely hard to overwater your plants. So far I have enjoyed working with it a lot. :)
