I've been trying to figure out what's turning my leaves yellow. I tried adding Epson salt to the water here are a few pics I also spray with neem oil once a week & feed once a week

What can be the problem with this plant? I'm spraying with neem oil & feeding once a week. What can be doing this to the leaves or how can I fix this problem?
