Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

These 2 plants (Tangie, Dosido) have been in soil 3weeks now. But I'm wondering is there any reason their not filling in like my other strains. 2nd pic is birthday cake. I'm feeding them the same so I'm wondering if it's just the genetics or something I might be doing. Thanks for the feedback in advance.

The bottom pic are the ones I'm asking about.

Looks like the top one has been topped and the others have not ....difference between a bush and a pine tree ((example wise)).....they look healthy from what I can see.

They look decent for 3 weeks from seed

Their not from seed they were clones 6"
