Thanks for the advise. Actually, I was just going to use the fan to pull the air into the basement, and not directly into the tent. I was thinking of it as a source of fresh air. Is it not a good idea?

Do they have the ballast for it at Lowes? Where did all of you get your ballasts?

Has anyone used them? They have 400w HPS bulbs, but I did not see that they had a ballast in stock... Those bulbs are rather inexpensive. I'm not sure what kind of light spectrum they have, but I bet they can at least be used for Veg?
