UPDATE: put 'em in jars yesterday. put water-cured budz on a screen to dry with two high power fans on em.(bud in jars seems pretty dry :(...hopefully moisture will redistribute and heres all tha jars: :-P

leaches out all the ferts and chlorophyll i.e. plant matter that isnt thc... basically buds end up lookin really really small and hard packed. but dam do they retain the same trichs! end up with a odorless kinda bland tasting super potent bud..

not worried about freezing, the short bushy one is very close i think, but the taller one isnt as matured.... how bad is it to harvest early before there is swollen caylx's and the hairs are still 90% white??? trichs are probably mostly clear i havent looked with my microscope yet.

^^ Pretty much, my last grow i water-cured half of the buds, they turned out wayyyy smaller than the air-cured buds, but godddammm they were more potent...(also, virtually no smell of "weed" when smoking the water-cured)

10 - 12 days really??/ i water cured for only 7 days changing the water every day.... turned out just fine:)
