Grew from 4/10/10 to today. Two plants from random bagseed.

I was forced to chop early...:(
-third pic is of them hanging is from one plant!
-the oil drain pan (clean duh) is all im water curing from one plant
(Decided to water cure all the small buds that were hard to hang, and to just experiment.)

what does the water curing do? good harvest btw
leaches out all the ferts and chlorophyll i.e. plant matter that isnt thc...

basically buds end up lookin really really small and hard packed. but dam do they retain the same trichs! end up with a odorless kinda bland tasting super potent bud..

outsides starting to get kinda dry, at least all leaves that i missed trimming are now crispy. wondering if i should put them in paper bags, or just straight into jars when the stems slightly crack???

I have read conflicting info on how to tell when the buds are ready for mason jars,, some say when the outside is dry, but the stem is still bendable...others say when the stem "cracks" or "snaps". im just not too sure. First grow was small, and the buds where real fluffy, looked big but didnt weigh much :(

it depends on your preference but i like to put them in jars when you hear the snap but still semi-bendable if that makes sense... lol ... but once you put them in the jars you have to burp them for about 1-2 weeks meaning open the jar once or twice a day to replace the air and prevent mold growth, once your done the burping process you keep it in the jar and its ready for storage as long as its air tight jar IE: mason jars you can keep weed fresh for years good luck! :joint:
