I have 3 plants that are female.. They were all put on 12/12 at the same time.. one plant has marble size buds on it but the other two plants only have a few hairs coming out.. Is that normal.. They have been flowering since 6-6-07.. This is my first grow.. PlEse help

I have been vegging for about 3 weeks now.. my plants are about 7 inches tall... No signs of pre flowering yet.. How long untill i should see pre flowers? Also .. If still no signs when my plants are 12 inches tall .. and i wanna switch them to 12/12 .. How long until i would notice the sex...

I was wondering if it was possible to grow from a stem.. The stem is dry... from some old bud... If i soak it in water and put rooting hormone on it... Will it do anything?
