How long can i keep my males in the same as the females before they polinate?

once the balls drop down on the males you must get rid of them.or you'l have seeded bud (seeds istead of resin) so as soon as you see the balls on the males chop the f*"kers.

i have 3 plants now... Been on 12/12 for 5 days and only one has 2 little hairs coming out of an elongated oval shaped thing.. The other two only have the oval shaped things and no hairs... Are those males or should i wait a few days? This is my first grow.. Complete noob! thanks
