Take a look ? I was thinking the light might be to strong. My light is a t5 Fluorescent Tube that holds 4 t5's I have 2 of them. is it Heat?

one of my plants is Drooping bad, any ideas on how i can Fix it? It has a really nice looking deep Green but Drooping bad. the nut is about 500 ppm i am feeding it. should i move the light closer? or maybe away?

I'm using a t5 Fluorescent Tube. right now it's in the Veg about 500ppm in both of the pics they are looking good and green just Yellow on the Bottom leaf

For Vegetating is Misting Good ?? i am not using MH or Ph i am using t5 54w high-output Fluorescent tube and if i should mist should i do it in the dark or anytime is fine?
