I just looked up a 50w hps bulb and it only produces 4,000 lumens which is a little more than three 24w cfls. Not sure of energy consumption. My guess is that the cfls are more energy efficient.

How many lumens is it generating? I've never seen one so would like to know more about this size, where did you get it? I just ordered a 150w to finish flowering my mini crop. I'm guessing a 50w hps would only do 2 plants total or 4-6 clones max. I think heat would be a non-issue.

Alright, I broke down and ordered a 150w hps and I upgraded all the plants to individual 5 gallon buckets while I wait. Lowe's has them for about 4 bucks apiece, including lid. :joint:

Thank ya for the kind words. May kind bud find it's way to ya. I have to say that the smoke is superb. I had to harvest both autos earlier than the breeder suggested. The root growth got both of them and they just stopped growing. It wasn't rot but still not sure what it was. If anyone...

Well, I need to update a bit. I have moved the Autos back to the AG so that I can add nutes to the others. These Blues don't like any amount of nutes. The buds are looking good. The others look good and I'll update those later. Enjoy.

Well, I flushed twice this last weekend. The white stuff is still there, but all the plants have responded really well from the flushes. I also added a low dose of fox farm big bloom to the res. It is low in N so I thought it wouldn't hurt the younger ones.

Well, I've flushed twice to try to clear myself of the white growth on my roots. I still think it is salt build up but not 100% because of the slowed growth. I've separated the best looking plant, the Gigabud, and placed her in a bucket bubbleponic system so that I could start giving her some...

I've been trimming fan leaves to reveal bud sites because everything is so compact. Plants don't hate it. Buds like it. Decide for yourself?
