I noticed that GreenLeaf Medicinals Ltd. is no longer on the list and that now Tilroy is. Did they just change their name?

Nope. I suspect that they had the lowest prices so they were crushing the other companies. Greenleaf is on the net and I'm registered with them, so far. They put $100.00 in my account just for telling them I'm going threw them. :) 1 week to decide then I'm locked in for a year.

:peace:

You are not locked Pauly. Some witty patients got 2 perscriptions from their doctor when they were there one post dated 6months so they can switch at the later date with ease if they are not satisfied or are waiting for their desired producer to have product available. A certified copy of your original sheet ``script`` will work and the doctor can verify it. This requires you to get a certified copy done before sending it in. After the fact... I believe producers have a way of transferring patients mid script I just have to look into it again. I will get back on this issue. Anyone else who has any idea please let us know.

You paid 400 when your GP can do it for free. To buy the system? What's wrong with you?
This paying 400 on Skype is a complete joke when at the same time GP's are being told not to sign.
As I said. It's a Canadian Kamerman special and all GP's, nurse practitioners should buck up and grab as much of the funny colored cash like anyone who works for a living would. The only thing that they have to do is say they believe med pot is good and why they are prescribing it.
PPPHHHTTT...Big deal.................... Yes I prescribe 40000 people med marijuana and here's why. AND...... I get to retire early........... thanks!
It took me less than 30 second to open my GP's eyes. I said...why do you work again? Oh yes...you like to work but would give anything not to have to every day and now's your chance. Don't let your piers get it all before you do. You are not doing anything wrong like they would like you to believe and when you retire early because of this one small legal fuck up. Good for you!!! That's what business is all about after all. Capitalizing on what is available.

ya when a car has a safety recall they have to tell you why, not just the governing body is looking into us. when a child toy or device is recalled they have to tell you why, when a prescription pill is recalled the pharmacist has to tell you exactly why they have to take it back(personal experience)..... but apparently not the LP's or even health Canada has to tell you why just "they are not in compliance" is it the "so called moldy meds"??!!? is it poison??!?!?! like it seems your not allowed to know why it's being recalled.... maybe the packer didn't wear a hair net?
cause if it didn't taste bad .... I would probably still use it..... ugghhh then death?

Dude. Why you gotta bust my balls on almost every comment I leave up in here? You run out of weed and hate scraping resin? Don't take it out on me FFS. Oh, and you really sound like a champ with all this " I did this and I told my Doc that"...Piss off, screw head.

Ya, sure, my Doc could have signed off but he said NO. What part did you miss in the NO. When a doc says NO it's NO, ! So I did what most people do and paid up. Now I'm good to go so get off your high horse and go bang on someone else's door.

So I see tweed has has made a new statement.. Looks like they will look to ship on April the 24th.

Also might mention. The demand is so high for cannabis.. That tweed has essentially stop taking on new clients.......and tripled production......

OTTAWA, April 21, 2014 /CNW/ - Tweed Marijuana Inc. (TSXV: TWD) is pleased to update that forecast demand for medical marijuana from its wholly owned subsidiary Tweed Inc. ("Tweed") is greater than initial company forecasts, based on registration and application information to date. Particularly, data from registrations predict a potentially greater demand than the Company had initially projected. Although there is no guarantee that medical marijuana demand based on registrations to date will necessarily translate into increased realized demand in the form of customer orders, Tweed will be intensifying its construction and production program to bring forward capacity not originally anticipated until the end of 2015. This will require an increase in capital expenditures and construction related expenses.

In addition to Tweed's core production rooms including the mother room, vegetative room, seed room, and drying room, Tweed has 3 operational grow rooms in place, where cannabis plants are sent to flower and become medicine. Each grow room is anticipated to generate approximately 500,000 grams of medical marijuana annually. Under Tweed's intensified construction plan, a further 3 rooms with similar production capacity are expected to be in place byAugust 31st, 2014, with a further 6 rooms in place by December 31st, 2014.

With the intensification of its construction schedule, Tweed will move from a currently anticipated annual maximum production capacity of 1.5 million grams per year to 6 million grams per year by the end of 2014. Tweed has a maximum of 15 million grams of annual production permitted by Health Canada within the currently approved structure. Production lags production capacity as the plants require between eight and twelve weeks of flowering time in the growing rooms. The time variation in the growing rooms is related primarily to the strains under production. With 25 strains currently in production, and an additional 60 strains to initiate, ‎Tweed believes that it will offer an industry leading selection for the market by the end of 2014.

In the immediate term, Tweed is appreciative of the number of applications that have been received from patients looking to Tweed to be their trusted supplier of quality medical marijuana and expects to ship its first order on April 24th, 2014. In order to ensure sufficient supply to continue to serve its existing customers, Tweed will be prioritizing access to medical marijuana to customers who have already been registered or have submitted an application to Tweed prior to April 21st. While Tweed will continue to accept new applications, we will not proceed to register new customers until we can be certain that we have sufficient supply to meet demand. Tweed will ensure that all customers waiting to be registered are aware of their status and will work hard to keep existing and prospective customers informed as we move forward to build capacity and make new strains and supply available to our customers.

In order to continue to drive medium term demand in the sector, Tweed has commenced educational programs and hired initial staff to liaise with the medical community in order to bridge the information and research gap in order to facilitate the acceptance of medical marijuana as a treatment under appropriate circumstances and for relevant indications.

Really. What is wrong with you? Did you miss that question? Why did your GP say no?
Why did you have to pay 400, maybe because your doctor had a legit excuse to deny you??? Could be eh??!!
So , you hop o n this BS band wagon and PAY the system to get your script.
It's not me who is backwards and I'm not attacking you here. Anyone who would does this is what makes this system so wrong in the first place.
To much money and with no one knowing how to make it work.
Its a farce.

No offence BIg P.

PS...when your GP says No. Demand he or she find you one who will sign. They have to do that for you. It is your right. They are bound by helping you. :)

LOL not in Alberta, besides they will just try to ram more fucking "death" pills down yer throat here, yes I paid to get a script also.
why you ask, cause Alberta fucking sucks ass for MMJ scripts .... why's that cause the College of physicians here has them by the balls, and it's hard enough to actually get a doctor in the first place.
second reason ... didn't want to "shop around" and get known as a drug seeker
third... cause I know black market stuff helped me so much so fuck it fast lane it and bypass the bullshit.

do I think I should have to pay .... fuck no but sometimes we have no other option. old saying "walk a mile in my shoes"
is something wrong with the system yeeessss, but I have to also say I never had a doctor talk to me so fucking long and actually listen to my issues as my Skype doctor, he was fucking awesome and even brought up the shittyness of this system as some doc's will issue a script for MMJ in like 5 mins and make a killing(btw my GP visits are like 5 mins for "death" pills) this skype doc I had was like 1 hour and a half, with med records I sent him. was worth every cent.

sorry for hijacking the thread but had to say something
