Zero tolerance,SNS 217 or neem oil will take care of mites.I would also replace the first inch of topsoil by vacuuming it off and replacing it with new and then treating with a spray.

Id give it another 3 or 4 weeks before I would even consider pullin them just to make sure they're finished.
