oh man, with the 75 watt, now since i last posted, the thing is a beauty! brownish red stem with many hairs and beautiful leaves.

well i used the fan on the side off my laptop, now the seed is about three centimeters above serface, with the root going into the soil(i repotted it). i put it in a closet with a lamp using a 75 watt cfl... i didnt want to be too hard on it in its early stage. do you think that will be ok?

what about a sattelitte or cable box. anything that gives off warmth really.

well, i have an lcd monitor and tv.... but like i'll try it in my closet

keep it moist man, they need moisture, darkness, and warmth. mine cracked in about two days. at first i underestimated that they needed warmth, but then i realized the error of my ways when i sat them in wet paper towels, covered by a bowl on my computer monitor, and they really took off then. so thats just a thought if you dont see anything in a day or two (they can take up to a week though, keep that in mind)

how long does it normally take to germinate? its been sitting in my dark closet for a day now... no activity, however i was expecting that... i am using the germination kit from Nirvana-shop.com it was moist last night, the tube of soil, now its dry... should i moisten it? or leave it be?

haha yeah when i said CA i meant california hahah well 50 is probably too cold, you should aim for 65 at the coldest, preferably only during the dark hours, and the mid 70's during the light hours. what you could do is start the seeds indoors and then transplant them outside when it gets warmer in a month or two.

i live in california, not canada, so its like between 50-70 throughout the day... it that way too cold?

i guess it depends where in CA you live, but where I am it would be WAY to cold to grow outdoors. If you plan on doing a small size grow you could easily cover the scent with a DIY carbon filter (costs all of ten bucks, there's a guide on the site if you want to check it out) and a can of air freshener. I think it's a lot easier to control your enviroment, and protect your plants indoors, but outdoors you can get a bigger plant with a larger yield, if you know what your doing.

yeah, just like, if i do grow indoors, when guests comeover they could probably smell it, and there are always the judgemental kind... haha. i was thinking it smartest to grow outdoors. really do you think its too early?

Damn dude that was quick. haha. I'm growin indoors, but whatever suits you best man. It may be a little early in the year to start growin outdoors though haha

DUDE! I GOT MY SEEDS! they were like quadruple enveloped! I'm in the U.S. I ordered them 6 days ago. i also got 6 freebies, i think they might always do that. I ordered Afghan, and got free Mazar-I-Sharif. SICK strain. This was my first ever order of seeds, i am soooo glad i got them. OK, now, how should i grow them: Inside or Out?

It went into packing on a friday, and was shipped on monday. I noticed most of the emails came at about 2:30 in the morning, probably due to the time difference between here and the UK. Idk if they dont work on the weekends, and thats why it took 3 day, but if so, you can expect yours to ship sooner. And if not, just give it a few days, and then 1 week for shipping. It took me two weeks in total, and that was WITH sending a money order. hope that helps =] good luck!

hey dude, i just ordered from gypsy like four days ago, and three days ago i got an email saying that my package was at the packing dept. i ordered with credit card. im also in california, but how long did it take from when it said "packing dept." to say shipped? thanks!
