Use either amazon bloom or M3 medical! Both are great!

They are showing signs of female with the hairs just make sure the light only stays on for 12 hours any longer it will confuse the plant to switch back to veg and if u don't save it in time it will stunted growth for 6 weeks and then would have to worry about a hermaphadite

Fast cure for magnesium deficiency: 2% Epsom salts solution and spray on foliage, 4-6 days it will move down the plant, continue till fixed

Add 1 teaspoon of blackstrap molasses per gallon of water during the flower stage and it will make the buds heavier!!

They had been transferred to bigger and I believe amazon bloom is supposed to feed for a couple months, could be incorrect though thanks bro

Also when they are younger if they get stressed like that it is common to have stunted grow it may take a little longer but it will work it's self out

It could be stress from the light being too close, I do believe it is shriveling up due to heat! I have noticed by observing a lot that the girls don't like temps above 80 keep around 76. Also soil will feed plants so at first u don't need to go too crazy with nutes

Put more soil in there. Your plant started out reaching at a angle. When the similar thing happen to me and I put the soil higher on the stem and it worked. Good luck bro
