ok guys i got the neem oil how do i properly use it? like with wat soap? and i been checkin my oiil in the buckets now and keep the res ph at 5.2 and the buckets come out to 5.7-5.8ph now

ok i just got my clones. my ph is at 5.6 ppm is at 140 imma keep the the ppm weres it at till about the 4th row of leaves come in. then imma start feeding the nutrients. i quess my questions is ppm is basically how much nutes is in system? so lets say im on week one i want it from 300-400 ppm...
