color temp is to low at 4000 you really want something above 5000 to 5700 kelvin for veg. i would look for something else

cut the branches off your mother then slit it up the buttom about a quater inch then scrape the buttom slighty with a blade.

YO NJ grower in the house as well!!! Any seed that had a sprout of mine came up through the soil.. Dont use direct sunlight i only use cfl's to start my seeds under a humidided doom. We need a NJ thread of our own!! Pass the damn law already let it be legal woohoo
