Digital ballasts are slightly more efficient but not by much. you probably won't notice any difference on your bill unless you dim it down.

You want your exhaust to be more powerful to create negative pressure in your room.

Your plants area bit tall but they look really healthy so great job on that aspect. I'd suggest pruning the bottom third to get more out of your light and also increase airflow down there. The bud sites there won't produce much good bud anyway since they are so shaded.

you probably didn't do too much damage, but doing this too often will degrade your bulbs.

If you're gonna have a veg room at all you might as well have some mothers in there, even if they're off to the side. You'll need clones every 4 weeks. 1x 400w MH will be plenty for that size room.

This is a good system, and in my opinion 9 plants per light is just about perfect.

A couple of seconds won't do anything. Extended dark periods could stress your plant into a hermie though.

It'll work of course but it's not the best ratio. 3-1-2 ratio is what i use for veg. and for bloom i switch to 1-2-2
