Do I need to steralize the soil?

It does seem to get worse the more I water so I've started using a shot glass amount poured directly around the stem. Its ok that the sorrounding area of dirt is obviously rly dry?

Ok ty. I kno this sounds retarded but I don't havt the money right now to buy a different bag of soil so what if I picked out all the little balls (I'm assuming there filled with the nutes) lol

I'm using mg its 21. 7. 14. I've always used this soil and haven't had any issues :( ty tho

I cannot figure out what's wrong with my girls...the spots are getting worse :( there right under two weeks old...what's goin on??? No there not getting any nutes...
